1937 GERNIKA La República encarga a Picasso el dibujar el mural que presidirá el pabellón de la República de España en la exposición universal de París de 1937. Picasso plasma en el Gernika el bombardeo de la localidad del País Vasco que sobrecogió al mundo. Pero... ¿De dónde surgió su inspiración?

1937 GERNIKA supuso mi primera colaboración con Rafael Jiménez y una de mis primeras colaboraciones con el dibujante Kaskajo (ya habíamos hecho antes algún dossier de prueba). Este cómic fue mi debut solo como colorista y pudo publicarse gracias a una campaña de crowdfunding que salió adelante en abril de 2019.


1937 GERNIKA The Republic commissioned Picasso to paint the mural that would adorn the Spanish Republic's pavilion at the 1937 Paris International Exposition. In Guernica, Picasso depicted the bombing of the Basque town that shocked the world. But... where did his inspiration come from?

1937 GERNIKA marked my first collaboration with Rafael Jiménez and one of my first collaborations with the artist Kaskajo (we had already done some test projects together). This comic was my debut as a colorist and was published thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign in April 2019.
